This week we have the new EP from California’s Palace Of Mourning, Suffer.
The three track EP bleeds with grit as it crunches away. Opening track “This… Is God” is a quick flash of rage to get the blood pumping, while the following song “The Eternal Thirst For Revenge” beats away with a hectic metalcore vibe. “Under A Bleeding Moon” opens on chilling guitar work that plays around with multiple tones of brightness before the clashing drums come in. The music follows a typical hardcore structure in the constant beat down of instrumentation, while also exuding a terrific tinge of dark emotion.
