MARILYN MANSON Speaks On Letting Bassist Twiggy Go After Sexual Assault Claims

"I did not divorce Twiggy as a friend or brother, because I still care about him greatly."

"I did not divorce Twiggy as a friend or brother, because I still care about him greatly."

Marilyn Manson bassist Jeordie "Twiggy Ramirez" White was accused by his ex-girlfriend Jessicka Adams of sexual assault on October 20, 2017. Four days later, Manson let Twiggy go from his band, and Twiggy offered a fairly vague statement on the whole thing. Twiggy elaborated a little bit more after that, noting "I do not condone non-consensual sex of any kind," but Manson never offered a comment on the situation.

Manson is currently employing ex-The Mars Volta & ex-Racer X bassist Juan Alderete as his live bassist.
