We've seen a lot of drama this week from the System of A Down camp, especially yesterday when Daron Malakian said that frontman Serj Tankian didn't even want to do their last double album, which resulted in Serj posting his own statement laying it all out there, explaining why he's holding things up – essentially saying it's a creative dispute over direction and a monetary dispute over publishing rights.
One thing Malakian has said in the promo leading up to Scars On Broadway's upcoming release, Dictator, is that many of the songs that made the final cut were born during sessions to attempt to write the new System of A Down album. It seems the song "Guns Are Loaded" totally sounds like the type of track that would make that cut, and it's a fun track for SOAD fans to sink their teeth into:
