Clutch recently announced they'd be releasing a series of singles over the course of this summer under the umbrella title Weathermaker Vault Series. The band is now streaming the first installment of that series, which is their cover of the Willie Dixon classic "Evil". The cover was originally billed as a Cactus cover, but Cactus' version was just a popular a cover of Dixon's.
Here's what vocalist Neil Fallon had to say.
"We’ve had a good amount of downtime since our last tour. And since the devil finds work for idle hands, we kept ourselves busy by recording some tunes. 'Evil' is the first of them, a song we’ve loved for many, many years."
