Metallica sent out a cryptic press release today, featuring a link to the above video, which showcases all these festivals that Metallica played and then adds the line "But you’ve never seen them…," OMG! While this is pure speculation on my part, I am assuming the rest of that sentence is "…IN 3D!" There have already been reports of this 3D movie happening, but who knew the turn around could be so quick? Then again, it could be something completely different. They could choose to announce another US summer tour, since the Summer market is still ripe for clogging with tours, but I still think it's the 3D movie. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.
