NINE INCH NAILS' Music Featured in U.S. Senator Ed Markey's Campaign Ad

Unfortunately it isn't "March of the Pigs".

Democrat Ed Markey has served as the junior United States Senator from Massachusetts since 2013, and prior to that was the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 7th congressional district from 1976 to 2013. Markey is currently up for re-election and is running an advertising campaign to raise awareness. A campaign, I should add, that features "34 Ghosts IV" by Nine Inch Nails.

It should be noted that "34 Ghosts IV" was also the song sampled for Lil Nas X's smash hit "Old Town Road". So I'm really hoping whoever put this ad together heard "Old Town Road" and decided to use whatever song that track was sampling.

Nine Inch Nails is working on new music for 2021, and released the follow-ups to Ghosts I-IV – titled Ghosts: V and Ghosts VI: Locusts – earlier this year.
