Metallica have announced a new limited-run of colored vinyl for some of their biggest selling releases. Six of the band's legendary releases will be available for a limited time through WalMart.
The albums being printed are:
Kill 'Em All with red vinyl
Ride the Lightning with sky blue vinyl.
Master of Puppets with maroon vinyl
…And Justice for All with green vinyl
Metallica (the Black album) with black vinyl
Hardwired… to Self Destruct with orange vinyl.
It's interesting that Load, ReLoad, St. Anger and Death Magnetic are not included in this promotion. That tells me those albums don't sell nearly as well with Metallica collectors.
