If you’re wondering what end of the metalcore pool you should make your first dive into, you can’t make more of splash than with Darkest Hour. You can count on them to consistently deliver high-voltage rage straight-up from the DC tradition. Now Europe will get a dose of the fire, as the band have announced shows to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their 2007 album Deliver Us by playing the album in its entirety.
Sure, it’s not exactly a groundbreaking to play an album in full live, anymore—but, not everyone every band has an album they can make it work with, so hats-off to Darkest Hour.
In a statement, the band said, “We love you all and It has been way to long! Come celebrate life, love, and metal with us this summer as we perform Deliver Us in its entirety plus a whole bunch of hits (where time permits)! We will be playing on a mix of festivals and club shows and we will do our best to play so long your ears bleed!”
