Anders Björler announced his solo instrumental album Antikythera back in August (that features members of Meshuggah and Kaipa), but up until now we haven't heard a lick of the very non-metal music. Now there are three songs up for jamming, and all three are amazing!

Björler posted the above short film called Antikythera: Chapter One, which makes me assume he'll be streaming the entire record in pieces through great little short films like this. The film consists of the albums' first three tracks "Lost in the Depths," "Fragments," and "Reconstruction," which are pretty jazzy and even a little movie-soundtrack-ish… which is flat out awesome. Björler is laying down the solid jams like nobody's business here and kept my attention for nine sraight minutes, so I have a lot of faith in the record. It'll be out November 6 on Razzia Notes Recordings!
