Sonic Temple is set to announce the first wave of artists for their 2025 edition including the "most requested band to play Sonic Temple of all-time." Personally, I'm guessing it's either Slayer or Linkin Park considering Sonic Temple launched in 2019 and neither of those bands have played any of their (so far) three festivals. And y'know, both bands are extremely popular.
The other guess is Metallica considering they were slated for the 2020 edition of Sonic Temple, which was cancelled thanks to COVID. Metallica is also rumored to be announcing their 2025 tour dates soon, so this would all line up. Though if it was purely up to me, I'm putting a Necrophagist reunion right up there.
"The pulse of the fans has been clear… We are launching your 2025 Artist Announcements with the most requested band to play Sonic Temple of all-time, along with two other major names," wrote Sonic Temple organizers.
