For Rush fans, November 1 will mark a date to look forward to, as the legendary Canadian rock band will re-release its influential 1989-1996 albums through a special six-LP boxed set. Aptly titled The Albums: 1989-1996, the collection will be available for pre-order through RushBackstage and Rhino.
The box set highlights Rush's Atlantic Records era, showcasing the albums Presto (1989), Roll the Bones (1991), Counterparts (1993), and Test for Echo (1996) in one striking package. Each album will feature reimagined cover artwork housed in a slipcase adorned with original work by renowned artist Hugh Syme, who has designed Rush's cover art since 1975.
This boxed set serves as a tribute to Rush's journey before their 1997 hiatus, capturing their evolution in sound and the loyal following they amassed. One of Canada's most successful and influential music groups, Rush built a legacy that spanned over four decades.
