Who says Metallica doesn't give back? On November 11, live from The national Mall in Washington D.C., Metallica will be performing as part of a three-hour concert for the veterans!
Other acts performing at the event include Dave Grohl and Bruce Springsteen, as well as stars like Rihanna and Eminem. You know, all the kinds of music war veterans are probably totally into! The concert will be streamed via HBO.
No word on if Metallica will record the concert for yet another live album, but I'm willing to bet a whole lot they are.
