We've written about Ne Obliviscaris before, we even interviewed them last year and loved their album, Citadel. The band even pulled off a successful crowdfunding campaign, for almost $80,000 dollars.
The band had a lot of touring opportunities but one thing was stopping them. Drummer Dan Presland had a job as a train driver that paid him about $150,000 a year that was getting in the way. So Presland had two options: quit the band or quit the job. As the headline reveals, he decided to pursue music.

MetalSucks notes the band sent them a statement that the group is not yet at all profitable but this is a true labor of love for all of them and they hope to make it work. We also hope it works out for you guys!
