MARILYN MANSON And SHOOTER JENNINGS Do A Great DAVID BOWIE Cover

Manson does a damn good Bowie.

Manson does a damn good Bowie.

In 1982, David Bowie put out the song "Cat People (Putting Out Fire)" for a film of the same name. In 2016, rock icon Marilyn Manson and country artist Shooter Jennings teamed up to cover said song for Jennings' upcoming tribute album to Bowie and electronica artist Giorgio Moroder, titledĀ Countach (For Giorgio).

I didn't really know what to expect when I hit play on this, but I'm absolutely blown away by how well Manson does a Bowie impression. Even if you're not a big fan of Manson's work, I think a lot of fans of Bowie's will respect this cover, if not enjoy it!
