Waylon Reavis was Mushroomhead's vocalist from 2004 to 2015, and might be the only (ex) member of the group that's keeping its "feud" with Slipknot alive. Since around 1999, the band's fans have been feuding over… which band wears makeup better or something? Who knows. Either way, the bands never really gave a shit, and in 2010 Mushroomhead posted about Paul Gray's death saying the feud really needed to end.
Now in 2016, Reavis says that Slipknot is better. Just in case that wasn't obvious.
“Slipknot is better. Flat out. Corey Taylor, you’re a badass fuckin’ singer. Slipknot, you’re a great fucking performance… I’ll say it personally because I wasn’t in Mushroomhead when all that shit went down. Guys, Slipknot is better. Hands down.”
Right. So just in case you're one of those fans that feels the absolute compulsion to constantly compare bands so people think you have a really cool music taste, here's another one for your useless armamentarium.
He also has some exceptionally kind words for his ex-bandmates after a bunch of drama went down about a year ago.
“You know why [Mushroomhead] didn’t make it in this industry? Because they fucked over people all over the industry. They shit talk. They don’t care about you. They want your money. They’re not good people.”

So there you have it. The feud has been settled, despite it having been dead for years.
