During a recent soundcheck, Slayer bassist and vocalist Tom Araya, drummer Paul Bostaph, Slayer/Exodus guitarist Gary Holt, and Anthrax vocalist Joey Belladonna covered Bryan Adams' hit "Summer Of 69." Objectively it's a great and super catchy song, and is absolutely about how much Adams loves the sex position… so sorry if that kind of ruined it for you a bit.
Anyway! The song wasn't performed at the show itself, but Anthrax guitarist Jon Donais filmed the soundcheck version, because smartphones are a thing now and nobody escapes their infinite memories of all the embarrassing shit we go.
