Absolutely fucking hilarious! Earlier today Gizmodo exposed a bug in Twitter where if you update your status with Accept *AnyTwitterUsername* that person would start "following" you on Twitter. So, a bunch of people got a bunch of celebs following them. Anyway, that's not even the best part of the story!
How was the bug discover? A Turkish Accept fan must have been rocking out really hard, most likely listening to "Balls to the Wall" and just had to let the world know about it, so he went to Twitter and wrote "Accept pwns". But instead of broadcasting that to his followers, the dude instead noticed that he started following the username @pwns. The news spread like a virus, causing Twitter to almost melt down earlier today. The problem has since been fixed. Oh, the interwebs!
