New York's mighty Krallice will be bookending 2016 with new music. You might recall their surprise release on New Years Day, called Hyperion. The three-song EP arrived with almost no warning and appeared on the group's Facebook page to the delight of their hungover-stricken fans that morning. It is now known that Hyperion will not be the only offering the black metal quartet gifts us this year. Krallice and Gilead Media announced through their socials that Prelapsarian will arrive on the winter solstice (December 21) and also provided the artwork for it.
"Prelapsarian" describes a time before the fall of humankind. In a theological context, it is a term used to describe the time prior to the Fall of Man, or when Adam and Eve committed original sin. Physical and Digital formats of Prelapsarian will be available to order the day it is released. In the meantime, keep your eyes and ears peeled for more details on the album and check out Hyperion below. Krallice has never released a bad record, so it is bound to end up in constant rotation.
