Back in November 2016, Sumerian Records asked for vocalists to audition for a mystery project they were working on. Now that project has been revealed as In Motive, which consists of guitarist Lee McKinney (Born Of Osiris), guitarist Nick Rossi (ex-City In The Sea), drummer Conor White, and vocalist Devin Barrus.
In Motive has released two songs, which sounds like they're more along the lines of a slower Coheed & Cambria than they are anything reminiscent of Born Of Osiris. Not that that's a bad thing – they're still plenty catchy.
So are you into this? Or was this a bit of a miss by Sumerian?
