Lest you think there are any hard feelings with Jeff Loomis and Arch Enemy over what fans may perceived as a slight of not including his riffage on a new album. There clearly are no hard feelings. Loomis was hired to fill a position and he will gladly do so, and everybody is planning on having fun doing it. Plus, Loomis got to be creative with his riffage on vocalist Alissa White-Gluz's solo album.
Loomis celebrates his 46th birthday today (September 14th) and to mark the occasion, the band got him quite a unique birthday cake:

We were unable to get clarification on whether the size of the cake was relative to scale of any of the members of Arch Enemy, but it's safe to say Loomis is having a very happy birthday.
