You can pre-order the live film in either DVD or BluRay format on Amazon.com for $15. Not a bad deal at all. It will be officially released on December 11th. The DVD will be the first release on the band's own label, which has yet to have an official name. The concert was directed by their longtime collaborator, Wayne Isham, with a setlist picked entirely by Metallica fans. Here is that setlist:
