As for new Behemoth, frontman Nergal recently noted he was working on it. In a interview with the Everblack podcast from December 2023, Nergal revealed that his focus in 2024 will be exclusively on making new Behemoth music.

"Well, the plan is to focus on Behemoth mainly next year. I'm doing like a short run with Me And That Man in late March, or early April and that's it. And all the rest, it's gonna be dedicated like full-on Behemoth." he said.

"I have no Me And That Man music in me for some reason anymore. Eventually, it's gonna come back. It's like tides — it's off and on and off and on, and when it happens, you've gotta catch that tide, that wave, and just jump on it and surf," Nergal said. "But there's no surfing now for Me And That Man. There's surfing for Behemoth for sure."

When asked if Behemoth's new music was on the way anytime soon, Nergal didn't divulge specific details about the musical direction or themes of the upcoming release but confirmed there were developments, in a laconic fashion: "There's new music. Next question."
