Clutch is now streaming their new single "Slaughter Beach" alongside a video directed by David Brodsky. And much like everything you've ever seen or heard from Clutch, you can reliably expect two things from this single – rock riffs for days and a ton of lyrical and topical weirdness.
"The lyrics for 'Slaughter Beach' were inspired by a late-night walk along the southern Delaware Bay," said Clutch vocalist Neil Fallon. "Odd things happen there.”
Clutch will release their new record Sunrise On Slaughter Beach on September 16. Pre-orders are available here. Clutch will hit the road with Helmet, Quicksand, and JD Pinkus starting this September. Check out those dates below.
