Leach is now streaming their driving new single "Gone To Waste" alongside a music video produced by Robert Hellström, and featuring Swedish pro wrestlers Betty Rose and Sixt. If you're looking for some solid Swedish death metal with a bit of a death n' roll edge to it this morning, this is definitely for you.
"Started out with this riff I fooled around with that had a kind of classic rock feel to it," said Leach frontman Markus Wikander. "We ended up to base the song around it and created an intense crescendo leading up to the ending where the riff comes in. The song had the working title 'Götteslut' which sort of means 'Epic ending' in Göteborgska…änna."
Leach will release their new record New Model Of Disbelief on April 19. The record was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Christian Silver at Studiomega (Sepultura, Kreator, Soilwork), who Leach has previously worked with. Pre-orders are available here.
