Drummer Charlie Benante sat in with the Seattle Seahawks' Blue Thunder Drumline on January 8 at the Lumen Field in Seattle, WA. Footage is now available of Benante tearing up both Pantera's "Walk" and Anthrax's "Indians" with the drumline. Benante is the second drummer to sit in with the Blue Thunder within a month, as John Tempesta did the same a few weeks back.
"Had a great experience playing with the Seattle Seahawks' Blue Thunder Drumline -thank you to everyone for making this happen," said Benante. "Keith Rousu you are a drummer’s drummer and you get it. You put together a great drum line , I enjoyed hanging and talking with everyone and even learned a trick or 2. They wanted to play 'Indians' and 'Walk' and I was more than happy to play those with them. The #seattle Rain sucked but we got through it and the Seahawks won. Thank you Brandon Wright and Daniel John for making this happen … thanks to Carla Harvey for the video"
