Watch METALLICA Play Kill 'Em All In Full At A 1983 Show

Cliff Burton forever.

Metallica, August 1983. Kirk Hammett has just joined the band earlier that year after leaving Exodus, and their debut album Kill 'Em All just came out that July. What better way to relive that era of Metallica than with an absolutely ripping show played at The Metro in Chicago? Check it out in full above, and make sure to stick around for the ripping Cliff Burton solo of "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth" around the 30 minute mark. Dude was a machine.

The show runs as follows:

  1. "Hit the Lights"
  2. "The Four Horsemen"
  3. "Jump in the Fire"
  4. "Phantom Lord"
  5. "No Remorse"
  6. "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth"
  7. "Whiplash"
  8. "Seek & Destroy/Kirk Guitar Solo"
  9. "Metal Militia"
