Ex-Rotting Out vocalist Walter Delgado, 31, has been released from jail after serving 18 months of his sentencing for third-degree felony possession of drugs.
Delgado was arrested in March 2016 after being caught driving in Ohio with 700 pounds of marijuana and 1,000 jars of hash oil. He was temporarily released on bond and immediately noted his regret saying "I don't even like weed." He has been jailed at the London Correctional Institution in Madison County, Ohio.
Delgado and his accomplice, Anthony Jochum, pled guilty at the time to a single count of third-degree felony possession of drugs. Both Delgado and Jochum were sentenced to 18 months in prison and each had to pay a fine of $5,000.
It probably goes without saying, but I'll put it here in for posterity – don't traffic drugs, kids.
