Blood Incantation is digging much deeper into their ambient side with a brand new record called Timewave Zero. The record is out on February 25 and is comprised of two 20-ish minute tracks named "Io" and "Ea," with the CD version featuring a third track called "Chronophagia."
"An astute listening to our previous recordings reveals a gradual and deliberate increase of Experimental, Progressive and Psychedelic components," said Blood Incantation about the record. "Timewave Zero is the distillation of these elements into a concentrated piece; stripping away the Metal and emphasizing the Dark, Cinematic and exceedingly Cosmic atmosphere our music is known for."
Personally, I'm stoked for this one. The soundscapes on Hidden History Of The Human Race were great, and it'll be awesome to hear that type of thing as its own standalone release. Pre-orders are available here.
