OZZY OSBOURNE Can't Walk Anymore, "But His Voice Is As Good As It's Ever Been"

But he can still sing, according to Sharon Osbourne.

Ozzy Osbourne 2025

Ozzy Osbourne has been battling Parkinson's Disease since February 2019 and sadly, it's only gotten worse. Ozzy's wife Sharon Osbourne has since confirmed to The Sun that Ozzy can no longer walk, but he can still sing well and is very excited for his farewell show in July.

"He's very happy to be coming back and very emotional about this," said Sharon. "Parkinson's is a progressive disease. It's not something you can stabilise. It affects different parts of the body and it's affected his legs. But his voice is as good as it's ever been."

The Sun further notes that Ozzy spoke a little about his inability to walk anymore on Sirum XM's Ozzy's Boneyard on February 5, saying: "I have made it to 2025. I can't walk, but you know what I was thinking over the holidays? For all my complaining, I'm still alive. I may be moaning that I can't walk but I look down the road and there's people that didn't do half as much as me and didn't make it."

Ozzy's final show will take place this July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Ozzy will perform a brief solo set before he'll take the stage with Black Sabbath's original lineup, that being Ozzy, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward.

In two separate interviews, Sharon has confirmed the show will be Ozzy's last. In an interview with BBC, Sharon said "Ozzy didn't have a chance to say goodbye to his friends, to his fans, and he feels there's no been no full stop. This is his full stop." In another interview with Reuters, Sharon echoed that same sentiment saying "For Ozzy right now, it's definitely: 'I love you and good night.'"
