DEICIDE Quietly Replaces Guitarist Jack Owen With MONSTROSITY's Guitarist

Very, very quietly.

Very, very quietly.

Deicide is currently working on its new album, though a lineup change appears to have taken place. Jack Owen, who was Deicide's guitarist from 2006's The Stench of Redemption to 2013's In The Minds Of Evil, appears to have been replaced by Monstrosity guitarist Mark English.

The announcement initially came from Blabbermouth, though no sources were cited. However, if you take a look at the current lineup listed on Deicide's Facebook, Owen has been replaced by Mark English in the lineup section.

So who the hell knows what happened, or if Owen performed/wrote any of the new album, but it looks official.

As a brief history lesson, Jack Owen also played in Cannibal Corpse from 1990 to 2004.
