Every year since it's founding in 2004, Baltimore's A389 Recordings has released a mixtape highlighting upcoming priority releases as well as some of the label's more obscure acts. The 2013 edition has just been released, and it's absolutely jammed with great music.
The most notable tracks on this year's entry are the new song, "Beasts As Gods" from Integrity's upcoming LP Suicide Black Snake, and last years single from Eyehategod, "New Orleans Is the New Vietnam", which is seriously one of the best records of 2012. There's plenty of other great stuff from the A389 roster though. Iron Reagan, Noisem, Full of Hell, and Weekend Nachos are all represented as well.
