Æther Realm, who are shockingly not from Finland, are probably one of the best folk-ish metal bands out there. Come get your pseudo-Finland on with their new jam "The Magician"!
"The Magician" is the power/folk metal song I've been waiting for all year that didn't come from Wintersun. It's an epic jam that really gives off a powerful aura all while not being too self-involved and lost in it's own arrangement. What I'm trying to say is this song kicks ass and I'm excited for their sophomore album due out presumably sometimes in 2014. Grab the song for a dollar from their Bandcamp, put on your loin cloth and wait for it to snow… because that's what music like this is made for.
