Hump day is also new music day here at Metal Injection. We have new tunes for you from Kylesa, Vanna and KEN Mode, as well as a full album stream from Byzantine and finally Chimaira check in and tease us for what's to come from their new material. Let's get to it…
Let's kick things off with a new Kylesa track. The band have a new album on the horizon, Ultraviolet, out on May 28th via Season of Mist and have released the first taste below. Jam to "Unspoken." It starts out slow and plodding and then the riffs just come flying at you.
Byzantine's new self-titled album is just straight up heavy fucking metal. You can stream the entire thing No Clean Singing and buy the album directly from the band here.
Vanna have posted a new track on Noisecreep, and I dig the Norma Jean-ish style of the song. Their album, The Few and Far Between comes out March 19 on Artery Recordings / Seasons of Mist.
Chimaira is back in 2013. "This is serious, motherfuckers. We're serious." says frontman Mark Hunter in the band's new teaser. Take a look:
