Entombed played the Gefle Metal Festival on July 14 and was joined by a handful of guests on vocals. The guests were former bassist Jörgen Sandström, At The Gates vocalist Tomas Lindberg, Repulsion vocalist Scott Carlson, Caméla Leierth who did backup vocals on Entombed's 2001 album Morning Star, and Venom vocalist Cronos. The show was Entombed's first in two years and ran as follows:

Entombed is currently founding guitarists Alex Hellid and Ulf Cederlund, and drummer Nicke Andersson. The band parted ways with a handful of members, including the iconic vocalist L-G Petrov, in 2014. Those members went on to form Entombed A.D. and released three records up until Petrov's passing in 2021.
