Hey look, it's an almost Team Sleep reunion! Team Sleep drummer Gil Sharone and guitarist Todd Wilkinson have united in a new project called Anti Quant. The band's debut EP not only features Team Sleep members bassist Chuck Doom and multi-instrumentalist Rick Verrett, but also offers covers of Team Sleep tracks "Tennis" and "No." EP 1 is available here.
For those unaware, Team Sleep released their self-titled album in 2005 featuring Deftones vocalist Chino Moreno. The band then became largely inactive aside from a few demos here and there, and would eventually reform with an altered lineup for a performance at the Applehead Recording studio in Woodstock, NY. Those sessions were released as an EP called Woodstock Sessions, Vol. 4, and is currently Team Sleep's final release.
