Before you go all nuts thinking they were on the same stage all at once, don't. These are two separate events… though that would actually be pretty cool, now that I'm thinking about it.

So first up, here's Down covering "Clean my Wounds" by Corrosion of Conformity. It's pretty cool to see it happening too, because Newsted doesn't really get in on the action until about halfway through. Then he does the usual Jason Newsted thing and just goes nuts with it and has a ball. Which is what metal is all about, so good on you! The rest of the band is into it too, which is worth mentioning. So far- the covers are good! Next up…

Here's Newsted doing Metallica's "Whiplash" with Exodus' Gary Holt. Whatever. It's a good cover and all, but come on with the Metallica stuff. We get it dude- you were in Metallica and you want to do some stuff that people know, but please just play the entire album's worth of material you have plus the few songs off the Metal EP. Do you for an entire show… I mean really man, come on.
Newsted and Anselmo love to jam, as we showed you a few days ago when they went up on stage with Voivod.
