UFC fighter and all-around MMA badass Josh Barnett is an awesome dude. A few years ago, he called into the Livecast and told awesome stories about the Iron Sheik. Also, he's a renowned metalhead, which we are always a fan of. Last week, Barnett attended an Every Time I Die show and decided to become a part of the show.
In what was a very stagedive-heavy show, Barnett helped by acting as security for the band. Here you can see Barnett grabbing a fan and putting him in a dreaded torture rack:

It's kind of scary how easily Barnett just picks him up and throws him around. So, if you see a really badass looking dude in a Bolt Thrower shirt at the next Every Time I Die show you go to, maybe best to not stagedive.
