Johnny Depp has been dipping his toes in the metal world as of late. It started a few years ago when Depp joined Marilyn Manson onstage at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards, and then became fast friends with Alice Cooper, so much so that they started a cover band together with Aerosmith's Joe Perry called Hollywood Vampires.
So, as the title asks how did Depp end up hanging out with members of Korn?
ThePRP reports that Depp and Korn were guests of Alice Cooper at his annual "Christmas Pudding" benefit show. Depp was there to perform with Hollywood Vampires and special guests including Jack Black, who once starred in the movie Nacho Libre.
This led to an impromptu jam session backstage with Depp, Fieldy and Brian "Head" Welch of Korn singing lines from "Encarnación."
