While Frontierer's first release, The Collapse, certainly got its fair share of attention, it was last year's Orange Mathematics that really catapulted them into a much higher stratosphere of praise and recognition. In fact, Metal Injection was the site that streamed that record early as well in the first place! What a lot of newer Frontierer fans may not be aware of though, is the connection between them and fellow Scottish sonic stranglers Sectioned. Both come from the mind of guitarist and main composer Pedram Valiani. With Sectioned actually existing prior to Frontierer, and already having put out a number of releases before Frontierer even broke out.  While we wait for their upcoming record to finish being written, Sectioned wanted to show off a glimpse of what's to come with "Toothgrinder". And so here we are to show it to you!

Fans of Frontierer will love what "Toothgrinder" has to offer. If you like noisy chaos that defies easy genre classification, then you absolutely must press play below on the whirling mass of hate that is "Toothgrinder". If you like what you hear, you can nab the single, and other Sectioned releases,  at their bandcamp.
