Remember last summer, when former Queens of The Stone Age bassist and current KYUSS Lives! bassist Nick Oliveri was caught in a four hour stand-off with the S.W.A.T. Team and then they found a bunch of drugs and weapons in his house? Yea, so…all the fun started today with the pleas, where Oliveri said he was not guilty, according to TMZ. Uh, dude, you were in a standoff with the SWAT team. There were drugs everywhere! How are you going to pull this off? Oliveri claims all of that stuff wasn't his. A pre-trial has been set for April 13th and he could face up to 15 years in prision. Good luck with that!
