Lemmy must really need some cash. First, Motorhead wine, now this? A Swedish distilling company announced the new brand of vodka, "made from 100% locally grown wheat that has been distilled and bottled in the small market town of Malmköping, Sweden." As for the the taste: " rich, full bodied and complex character, with a light and fruity aftertaste." Fruity aftertaste? I'm assuming Lemmy didn't approve that copy.
All kidding aside, this is a brilliant marketing strategy for Lemmy & co. They aren't going to be selling millions of records, live shows provide a decent amount of revenue, but the one thing that is almost a guarantee is that his fans like to drink. So why not drink something with the Motorhead logo on it? More info at MotorheadBeverages.com.
