Power Trip's new album Nightmare Logic has been making a ton of year-end lists and the band has been getting a lot of recognition lately. Unfortunately this also means Power Trip's name might be in the mouths of people who they don't really want it to be, specifically Fox News and Greg Gutfeld.
Fox News used the song "Executioner’s Tax (Swing Of The Axe)" when it went to commercial on The Five, and apparently, the band was never asked. Unless Southern Lord licensed it to them and just didn't tell Power Trip, but either way Power Trip themselves aren't super stoked about this.
