Darkthrone is celebrating the 30th anniversary of their classic 1992 album A Blaze In The Northern Sky with a deluxe reissue. The deluxe reissue comes in a special handmade sleeve courtesy of Bartek Rogalewicz at Lodge.Black Temple featuring a hardcover in "handmade black raw paper and paper sourced from an ancient book from year 1666," and with silver ink made from powdered goat horns. This iteration is limited to 666 numbered copies and are all hand-signed by Fenriz and Nocturno Culto. Because if you're gonna reissue a black metal classic, you better make it as evil as you possibly can.
The reissue is out June 24 and is available for pre-order here alongside regular vinyl versions. You can also check out a trailer for the reissue below, as well as our extensive editorial on the album here.
