Metal Blade is celebrating 40 years of Slayer's Show No Mercy with two brand new vinyl pressings. The first one is the one you see above – a "Blood" Filled Liquid Vinyl variant featuring a remaster from the original master tapes by Patrick W. Engel at Temple Of Dishormony. No word on whose blood that is, but we're guessing it's everyone who talks shit about Slayer.
Then there's the less gross 40th Anniversary Edition vinyl featuring a slipcase with gold hot-foil embossing, the same mastering by Engel, a slipmat, poster, show flyers, and signing card.
The 40th Anniversary Edition vinyl goes for $64.99, while the bloody one is going for a cool $199.99 and is limited to 250 worldwide. Get 'em both here.
