BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME's Bassist Did A Spacey Cover Of The Twin Peaks Theme

Twin Peaks was a show created by Mark Frost and David Lynch, and ran for 2 seasons/30 episodes between 1990 and 1991. The show has gained a cult following since, and will return to television under its original two writers come May 21.

Either in celebration, or just out of pure fandom, Between The Buried And Me's bassist Dan Briggs did an excellent and quite spacey version of the theme song, "Falling." Here's what he had to say about the cover!

When I was in college I started down the rabbit hole of everything David Lynch and have found so much inspiration in his work over the years. This is a song that has haunted me for most of my life as I was 6 when the series originally aired and my parents were immersed in it. I really wanted to put my spin on it as it's probably the most gorgeous three chord song in existence; and I wanted the end of the song to feel like you were being sucked into the Black Lodge.

So what do you think? Are you into the Briggs version of the theme, or not so much?
