Based out of São Paulo in Brazil, Goat Necropsy is a deathgrind duo consisting of Vic Ferreira (vocals) and W. Johann (guitar, bass) who also both handle lyrics, production, and drum programming. They will be releasing their first EP titled Bloody and Fresh on May 12th. While labeled as deathgrind, the band's style is pleasantly extreme, yet also digestible, incorporating slick deathcore characteristics to even out the intensity.
As we await their upcoming EP, they recently put out a single to hold us over. “Devoured by the Hounds” unveils both musicians harnessing the chaos of death metal with stellar, tight musicianship.
