Hazzerd will release their new album Delirium on January 24, and we're premiering the band's rip-roaring new single "A Tormented Reality" right now. The song is three minutes and leaves absolutely no survivors in its wake, as drummer and vocalist Dylan Westendorp will tell you.
We chose "A Tormented Reality" as the first single off of Delirium because we believe it show cases everything there is to find on this new record. The speed, melody, solos & lyrics. It’s a 3 minute ripper with no break in the action. Lyrically the song talks about an individual with physical restrictions due to a medical condition they cannot control. Leaving them depressed and suicidal as they cannot live their life the way others can, trapped in "A Tormented Reality."
