King Woman, the project headed up by songwriter, producer, and vocalist Kris Esfandiari, is back with their first new album in three years Celestial Blues out July 30. The band is now streaming the sludgy, atmospheric new single "Boghz" which you can check out below.

"It’s a tragic story about one ancient soul split in two separate bodies. Only knowing a sick and twisted version of love, one half nearly destroys the other," said Esfandiari. "It's about being at the mercy of a sadistic person who you have an undeniable psychic bond with."

Celestial Blues was recorded in Oakland, CA by engineer Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Amenra, Oathbreaker). Pre-orders are available here and you can catch King Woman at one of the below dates.
