The year is almost out but Arch Enemy isn't quite done giving to fans. The band has announced they'll release a 7" for their song "Reason To Believe" alongside a cover of "Shout" by Tears For Fears on December 7, as well as a covers compilation titled Covered In Blood on January 18. While no additional information has yet been revealed about Covered In Blood besides it being a compilation, I'd imagine it'll have a near-identical tracklist as the bonus covers LP in their career retrospective vinyl box set 1996 – 2017.
That tracklist was as follows.
Breaking The Law (Judas Priest)
Shadow On The Wall (Mike Oldfield)
Nitad (Moderat Likvidation)
When The Innocent Die (Anti-Cimex)
Back To Back (Pretty Maids)
City Baby Attacked By Rats (GBH)
Warsystem (The Shitlickers)
Armed Revolution (The Shitlickers)
Späckta Snutskallar (The Shitlickers)
The Leader (Of the Fuckin' Assholes) (The Shitlickers)
Shout (Tears For Fears)
Incarnated Solvent Abuse (Carcass)
Warning (Discharge)
The Book Of Heavy Metal (Dream Evil)
Wings Of Tomorrow (Europe)
Kill with Power (Manowar)
Symphony of Destruction (Megadeth)
Walk in the Shadows (Queensrÿche)
The Zoo (Scorpions)
Scream of Anger (Europe)
Aces High (Iron Maiden)
The Ides of March (Iron Maiden)
Starbreaker (Judas Priest)
The Oath (Kiss)
Speaking of, that box set is still available, and while quite expensive might make a pretty killer gift for a die-hard Arch Enemy fan in your life!
