ATTILA Fire Drummer After Accusations of Sexual Assault & Abuse

attila 2020

Attila have quickly distanced themselves from drummer Bryan McClure following allegations of sexual assault and abuse from his former girlfriend, Eileen Anderson.

The band wrote on social media:

"Over the last 4 years, Attila has been a three-piece band. We were absolutely digusted to learn of some recent events surrounding a touring member of the band, and earlier this week we parted ways with that member. We do not condone his actions, and we stand with the victims. We are deeply sorry to those affected and want nothing more than love and healing for them."

Eileen Anderson has posted a statement on her social media, detailing the relationship she had with McClure from early 2017 to early 2018. She accuses McClure of being an alcoholic and turning abusive while doing so, not remembering any of it the next morning.

She claims that she got pregnant early on in the relationship with his child, and Bryan said that members of Attila told him that if he were ever to get a girl pregnant, he would be kicked out. She had the abortion while he was on the road on Warped Tour.

She eventually joined him on the tour, and said the two would abuse drugs on the road. She claimed one night they accidentally did speed, thinking it was cocaine and the night ended in her being anally raped while she was passed out, leading to bleeding the next morning. Her statement can be seen here.

Last week, Attila frontman Chris Fronzak was accused of grooming and sexually assaulting an underage fan.
